Ideally located for driving to border

- Rooms are starting to show age - Room on upper floor at front of building was sadly lacking in hot water - We were billed twice for our one-night stay -Front desk wasn't even aware that we had only stayed one night -After staying at this hotel approx. 12 times over the years, will not stay here again

Breakfast was good.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Comforter was lumpy, miserable. The "push the mirror" closet crazy!! A/C off and on all night. Should have ability to have fan run constantly for noise abatement.

The remodel offered modern amenities and clean accommodations, with plentiful outlets that were very handy. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the scones and the delectable protein choices that catered well to dietary needs. It would have been great if the room had everything ready upon arrival instead of needing to request extra bedding.

The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was out of order. Only 1 elevator was working and everything was dated

The hotel is nice, and has great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and comfortable experience!

For a 3 star hotel everything was nice, I loved to be here. Neat room, the bed was nice. The location was magnificent and nice, the staff were attentive! Also, the property was 2 miles away from Cinemark Mall Del Norte.

Neat rooms with pullout sofa bed and a couch, for example, really great stay! Incredible location in the middle of jackson and best and excellent staff.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location is super convenient, right beside the stores. Feliza made breakfast amazing. The protein options were perfect for my diet, especially the tasty eggs and sausage. Plus, the outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax after a long day.

Had a pleasant experience with the super comfy bed and the spacious room had plenty of modern outlets for all my devices. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with the oatmeal lacking appeal and no hot sauce available for the eggs. While the amenities were decent overall, an expansion in breakfast variety would be appreciated.

The hotel lobby was cute and had comfortable seating. I appreciated the attentive front desk staff, who were always ready to assist with my needs .
